A solid knowledge of ourselves and a recognized inner strength are necessary in order for us to allow ourselves to be soft and to be affected by emotions.

This kind of openness allows us to continually confront our own and other people's emotions, receive love, and shed the masks we have worn to protect our soft inner side. When the solar plexus chakra is balanced, inner strength is recognized and properly expressed, the heart chakra can allow openness that leads to gentleness and acceptance. We feel strong enough to be gentle and compassionate towards others without having to be on our guard all the time and wear protective armor.

When the heart chakra is open and balanced, we experience inner faith. We understand that the power of God means love for every form of life, we come to a higher level of chakra functioning, which allows us to love not only those who are close to us, but also all things in the Universe.

The heart chakra, in a balanced state, is also responsible for another aspect: the ability to keep the “I” intact, not to identify it with others to such an extent that the “I” dissolves in them. She also does not allow the suffering of others to penetrate into the “I”.

These aspects are important for everyone - especially for healers. Even when we are ready with all our being to help a person, to give ourselves without any desire to receive a reward, without any selfish interests, such a limitation is necessary in order to preserve the integrity and health of the “I”.

Over-identification may be a sign that the heart chakra is not in proper balance. When a person “immerses himself” in other people’s problems to such an extent that they destroy his overall balance or interfere with his life, instead of reward, losses await him. To give, a person must maintain a solid and connected center that will not be swept away by the flow of pain and suffering of another person.

You need to be able to distance yourself in order to gain objectivity, which helps you see things in their true light and thereby allows you to give others the help that they truly need. The ability to step back and look at things from the outside, even if a person sincerely feels involved and has a keen desire to help and bestow love and compassion on others, also stems from the energetic activity of the heart chakra.

Anahata is a very important chakra on the spiritual path of human development, because most people live through the work of the first three energy centers. In Sanskrit, unconditional love is called “prema”. The presence of any conditions is not necessarily evidence of “insincerity” and “self-interest” of feelings. But if the existence of the relationship as a whole depends on some requirement or its non-fulfillment, then it is rather not unconditional love (prema), but interaction at the level of other centers.

The Anahata chakra is the most important energy center. Many practices of higher yogas are associated with it. It is believed that through this center the knowledge of the Supreme absolute reality occurs.

You should take a meditation pose (for example, Siddhasana or Vajrasana) and take several slow and deep breaths and relax your body as much as possible.

Thus, the channels are cleansed and new flows of prana (cosmic energy) are attracted to the throat center. This practice produces the most powerful effect when each repetition of the HAM mantra is combined with a feeling of pulsation in the thyroid gland.

The practice of SO-HAM meditation has a very good effect on the throat center. You should listen to the flow of your own breathing, repeating the mantra SO-HAM in your mind, and at the same time slightly compress your vocal cords, as happens when whispering loudly. Then the air flows passing through the throat will make hissing sounds. By listening to these sounds, we can easily concentrate in the throat area, which has a very effective effect on Vishuddhi.

Having prepared for meditation (by taking a comfortable position and relaxing your body), you should listen to the pulsation in the throat area. When it becomes obvious, with every heartbeat the mantra HAM is born in the mind. This continues for some time. We turn our inner gaze to the area of ​​the thyroid gland and contemplate how a magnificent 16-petalled blue flower with an inverted triangle inscribed inside blooms there. We see this flower, listen to the pulsation and repeat the bija mantra throughout the entire practice.

The recommended duration of meditation is from 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the availability of free time and experience in meditative practices. To obtain significant benefits, this technique should be performed daily for one to three weeks. The best time to meditate is early in the morning, right after waking up, or in the evening, just before bed.

6th chakra - Ajna chakra 6th chakra

Repeat the exercise for 5 minutes until you feel warmth or trembling in the first chakra.

Replenishing the second chakra. As you inhale, we bring a stream of red color from the Earth through your leg (for women - through the left, for men - through the right) into the second chakra, and as you exhale, we fill the chakra with energy. We repeat this exercise for 5-7 minutes.

We alternately fill the first and second chakras with the help of breathing, drawing streams of red color from the Earth, each through its own leg, first into the first chakra, inhaling, starting the stream, filling it with exhalation, and then also filling the second chakra, we work only with red color. To assimilate energy, we scroll figure eights in the first and second chakras for several minutes. For some people, the energy flow may go along the meridians, let it flow that way.

Using breathing, we replenish the first chakra with energy from the Earth, and begin to scroll through the meridians one by one: the first - the second chakra, the first - the third chakra, the first - the fourth chakra, the first - the fifth chakra. Filling the third chakra. We replenish the first chakra by bringing in energy from the Earth with the help of breathing. We breathe deeply, actively. And then from the first to the fourth chakras we raise the energy flow in an ascending figure eight (see below). As you inhale, we bring the flow to the fourth chakra, and as you exhale, we replenish the fourth chakra. We perform the exercise for 3 minutes. We are in a state of peace.
